She is also the founder and visionary for Bev&Company, Worship United and Love, Care and Kindness Foundation (LCK). For more than 20 years, she has served as an advisor for a host of corporate, celebrity, non-profit and government clients providing strategic counsel to help individuals and organizations navigate strategic issues.

Her famous signout statement “ Consider it Done”, has seen her solve with success simple to complex strategic issues for small, medium and large organizations as well as individual brands.

Bev has worked with brands in Kenya, India, Uganda, South Sudan, Nigeria, US and UK. She has 16 years experience working in Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Brand Experience, Digital Communication, Banking, Aviation, Entertainment and Media. She serves as a consulting Director Strategy and Digital NRG Radio and Payless Africa.

She previously worked with Delta Airlines as the Sales and Marketing Manager, Barclays Bank ( Barclays Advisory and Registrar Services ) Kenya/Uganda as the Head of Strategy, Sales and Brand reporting to the Board , AITEC Africa, NRG Events, MoSound Events and Groove Networks. She has also been a board advisor and a student volunteer in London, US and Kenya. Bev is an MBA graduate ( Strategic Management and Finance) from Sunderland University and an ACIM from Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. She is a Fixer and a Socialprenuer, is passionate about God, Servant Leadership, Driving Strategy and Nurturing young people.
